This notice describes the Crowned Excess website’s creator introduction form. It does not describe the practices of social platforms or replace any separate management agreement.

Information you choose to share

The form asks for your name, email address, creative category, goals and, optionally, a public social profile URL. It also records that you agreed to be contacted about your enquiry. Please do not submit account passwords, identification documents, financial information or private content.

How your introduction is used

We use your information to review your enquiry, assess whether our services may fit your goals and respond to you. Submitting an introduction does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter or create a management agreement.

Where the information goes

When applications are enabled, the website sends your introduction to the agency’s configured email inbox through the hosting provider’s mail service. Authorized people reviewing enquiries and the providers operating the website and email services may process that information. The website does not save application bodies in a public database or downloadable file.

Cookies and technical information

The form uses an essential session cookie when processing an enabled application to limit repeat submissions. The cookie contains a session identifier, not the text of your introduction. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, including IP addresses, request times, browser information and requested pages, for operation and security. This version of the website does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts or third-party social embeds.

Retention and your choices

Introductions may remain in the agency’s email system while an enquiry is reviewed and for reasonable follow-up, subject to applicable recordkeeping needs and provider backup schedules. You may ask us to correct or delete your enquiry, or stop contacting you, by replying to an agency response. If you have not received a response, you can use the introduction form when it is available to submit a privacy request without sharing additional sensitive information.

Security and external links

We use practical safeguards, but no internet transmission or email service can be guaranteed secure. Other websites you choose to visit have their own privacy practices. Please send only information you are comfortable sharing for an initial business enquiry.

We may update this notice as the website or its practices change. The effective date above identifies this version.
